Rob’s Challenges

As well as training others to get fit for various challenges, Rob has also completed a number of notable challenges of his own.

Particular favourites include running the London Marathon, climbing Mt Kilimanjaro, doing the 3 Peaks Challenge in 24 hours and completing the world’s longest obstacle course, 20 miles and over 200 obstacles!
